This is an interesting option when you’re out of sweet vermouth. I mean it holds up on it’s own too, it’s nice to use, but somehow I’ve always just used it for a sweet vermouth sub.

Funny enough*, although I go for the Dolin Red for my sweet vermouth, I’ve always been stuck on Noilly Prat for my martinis.
